The entire process—from clamping the workpiece to completing the grinding—operates fully automatically.

Fully Automated Grinding

The machine is equipped with a self-developed multi-task controller, which controls the servo motor and cylinders to achieve automatic clamping and precise grinding-depth control. This ensures higher efficiency, better automation, and excellent weld seam consistency and finish quality.

Flexible Three-Head Grinding System
