ATGS series is a brush disk structure. A group of workstations isequipped with 7 to 9 brush disks. During processing, the brushdisks rotate on their own and swing left and right or rotate360° to deburr the surface of the workpiece.

Disk brushing: Deburrs the edges and holes of the workpieceso that the surface of the workpiece does not sag and allrhombus-edge holes achieve a uniform R-arc. Scope of appli-cation of the equipment: Suitable for precision stamping parts,gear parts, automotive parts, powder metallurgy parts,machined parts, etc.

Product Function Introduction:

  • Abrasive Belt: Driven by high-speed grinding rollers, the abrasive belt performs brushing, polishing, slag removal, and oxide scale removal on the workpiece surface.
  • Disc Brush: Deburrs edges and holes of the workpiece, ensuring smooth, uniform edge rounding without collapsing the surface. All edges and holes achieve consistent R-radius finishing.

Application Scope:Suitable for precision stamped parts, gear components, automotive parts, powder metallurgy products, and machined parts.
