The JY-PB-X600 is equipped with sandpaper and buffing wheels, specifically designed for grinding and polishing metal sheets. It provides an ideal solution for achieving mirror finishes, offering high productivity and superior finish quality, making it suitable for thin metal sheets.

Primarily used for grinding and polishing metal plates and flat parts, this machine employs sandpaper and buffing wheels to achieve optimal finishes. The worktable’s feed speed and swing frequency are adjustable, allowing precise control over the polishing process.

The worktable performs reciprocating motion, with adjustable reciprocation count and stroke length to meet different polishing effects and customization needs.

The JY-PB-X600 features easy installation, operation, and maintenance, minimizing setup time and labor intensity to ensure a convenient and efficient workflow.

Required Consumables

• Sanding Paper (Grit #150–#1200): Used in the first stage to remove surface oil, deep scratches, and oxide layers.

• A8 Polishing Wax: Used with sanding paper to reduce heat during sanding.

• High-Temperature Tape: Used to fix small-sized products without leaving residue.

• Double-Sided Tape: Used to attach sanding paper to the rubber wheel (main polishing spindle).

• Sisal Buffing Wheel: Used to remove marks left by sanding paper.

• PNNG Polishing Wax: Used with the sisal wheel to enhance surface finish.

• Cloth Buffing Wheel: Removes marks left by the sisal wheel for a finer finish.

• KOYO Polishing Wax: Used with the cloth wheel for the final mirror finish.

Polishing wax is essential in metal surface treatment. It effectively removes micro-scratches and processing marks, making the surface brighter, smoother, and more uniform. It is key to achieving mirror finishes.

Consumable Lifespan

The lifespan of consumables depends on the product’s surface condition and working hours. Heavy oil, deep scratches, or thick oxide layers accelerate wear.

It is recommended to prepare a 6-month stock based on continuous 8-hour daily operation over 180 days:

Important Notes

• Best results are achieved on stainless steel, followed by brass.

• True mirror finish is difficult on aluminum and titanium alloys.

• Product dimensions must comply with the machine’s table size and thickness limits
