  • Two-Belt System: Equipped with a coarse sanding belt for aggressive material removal and a fine sanding belt for surface finishing — both belts can operate independently or in sequence.
     

  • Infrared Sensing & Pneumatic Correction: An infrared sensor monitors the sanding belt position in real time, while the pneumatic tracking system ensures automatic alignment within the roller area.
     

  • High-Power Drive: A heavy-duty motor drives the belt rotation with strong torque and stable performance, ideal for long-duration industrial use.

  • Adjustable Platform: The machine’s working height is automatically adjusted based on part thickness input, ensuring consistency across batches.

  • Variable Speed Conveyor: Enables flexible processing speeds (0–6 m/min) depending on material and finish requirements.
